Dinwood is a creative studio built for organizations doing work that matters. We specialize in branding, websites, and marketing — but what makes us different isn't the services. It's that we've spent our careers inside nonprofits, startups, and growing teams. We know what it's like to have too much to do and not enough resources to do it. That shapes everything about how we work.
Katie McKenzie has been a creative her whole life — and has spent most of that life wearing a lot of hats. After a decade working inside nonprofits, she spent eight years in the startup and tech world, where she learned how to move fast, think strategically, and build things that actually scale. Dinwood started as a freelance side project ten years ago. In July 2024, she came back to run it full-time.

That background isn't incidental — it's the whole point. Katie knows nonprofit budgets and startup timelines. She knows what it means to be the only creative on a team, to build something from scratch with limited resources, and to care deeply about the mission behind the work. She still contracts with her favorite nonprofit on weekends. This isn't just a niche. It's personal.
